Polaris Terms of Service
1. Acceptable use
Use Polaris only for lawful purposes. Do not bypass security controls, extract credentials, reverse-engineer the system, jailbreak the AI, or use the platform to harm others or to send spam.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials private. Accounts that are misused may be suspended without notice.
3. Job Seeker
If you connect Gmail, you authorise Polaris to send job applications from your Gmail account to employers and recruiters on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV and the information in each application. Polaris does not guarantee interviews, replies or job offers. You can stop at any time by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Voice features include a free 5-minute trial. Paid plans and prices are shown at checkout, and a plan stays active for the period you paid for. Contact us with any billing question.
5. Your data
How we collect, use and delete your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Security violations
Attempts to probe admin functions or gain unauthorised access are logged and may lead to automatic suspension.
7. Availability and changes
Polaris is provided as is. The operator may modify, suspend or end the service or any account. We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do.
