1. Acceptable Use. You agree to use Polaris only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to bypass security controls, extract admin credentials, reverse-engineer the system, or use the platform to harm others.
2. Account Responsibility. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Share your credentials with no one. Accounts found to be misused will be suspended without notice.
3. Voice Subscription. Voice features include a free 5-minute trial. Continued use requires a monthly subscription of KES 200, paid via M-Pesa to 0716613176 and confirmed by the administrator.
4. Data & Privacy. Your conversations are stored to improve your experience. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
5. Security Violations. Attempts to probe admin commands, jailbreak the AI, or gain unauthorized access are logged. Accounts accumulating 100 violations are automatically suspended.
6. Service Availability. Polaris is provided as-is. The administrator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any account or the service at any time.
