1. Acceptable Use. You agree to use Polaris only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to bypass security controls, extract admin credentials, reverse-engineer the system, or use the platform to harm others.

2. Account Responsibility. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Share your credentials with no one. Accounts found to be misused will be suspended without notice.

3. Voice Subscription. Voice features include a free 5-minute trial. Continued use requires a monthly subscription of KES 200, paid via M-Pesa to 0716613176 and confirmed by the administrator.

4. Privacy. We collect your CV, your account details, and the Gmail account you connect for sending job applications. Gmail access is granted through Google's own sign-in screen — we never see or store your password, only a token scoped to send email on your behalf. We cannot read, search, or delete your email, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising. When your subscription ends, your CV and Gmail token are deleted within 30 days unless you renew, or sooner on request. You can revoke our Gmail access anytime at Google Account permissions. 5. Security Violations. Attempts to probe admin commands, jailbreak the AI, or gain unauthorized access are logged. Accounts accumulating 100 violations are automatically suspended.
